Full-time: 37.5 hours per week

Shifts: Between 0700 and 1900 Monday-Friday with weekends required on rotation

Job Summary

We have an excellent opportunity for a Receptionist to join The Wellington Hospital. As the first point of contact for all patients, consultants, and visitors, you will be a member of the Front of House Team.
This position is essential to giving patients receiving care in the hospital top-notch care.

What We Do At HCA Healthcare UK

• Meet and greet patients, visitors, consultants and staff and deal with their enquiries by world-class standards
• Answer telephone enquiries, referring to the internal telephone system
• Directing patients to the appropriate areas within the facility
• Co-ordinate deliveries and couriers

The Criteria For Application

• Previous Receptionist experience is essential within a 5* establishment or private healthcare
• Excellent communication skills
• Computer literate
• Work well under pressure
